Our Fractional Ownership Portfolio

We are proud to present an exclusive platform that began life with a truly exhilarating investment opportunity: the world's most iconic internal combustion vehicles. As passionate enthusiasts ourselves, we understand the allure and timeless appeal of these mechanical marvels, which have left an indelible mark on the history of transportation.

Our primary objective at Vice Capital is to provide our clients with a unique avenue to diversify their investment portfolios. We recognize that in the ever-fluctuating financial landscape, there is a demand for assets that offer both stability and excitement. That's where we come in.

Unlike other automotive investment platforms, we take pride in our meticulous curation process. We strive to select only the finest examples of internal combustion vehicles, those that embody the epitome of engineering excellence, craftsmanship, and performance. Each vehicle in our portfolio is a testament to the legacy and ingenuity of the internal combustion engine.

For each vehicle that is purchased, a limited company is setup as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vice Capital. Fractional shares of the company are purchased by investors, which represents a fractional share of the vehicle. This means that as the value of the vehicle rises, so too does the value of each investment.

We continuously monitor the market to determine the optimum point to sell the vehicle, at which point clients’ investments are returned to them, along with any profit accrued with the vehicle, relative to the fractional ownership of the vehicle.

Depending on the specific vehicle and the market, this could either be a relatively quick sale within 12 months, or it could be for a period of 3 – 7 years.

LAMBORGHINI HURACÁN STO

The STO, which stands for "Super Trofeo Omologata," is the road-going incarnation of Lamborghini's fierce Huracán Super Trofeo EVO race car. At its heart roars a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 engine, a dying breed in today's turbocharged world. It boasts 640 horsepower and 417 lb-ft of torque, catapulting you from 0 to 62 mph in a gut-wrenching 3.0 seconds. But the STO isn't just about straight-line speed; it's a cornering virtuoso that generates 53% more downforce than the already insane Huracán Performante.

The STO's body is a symphony of aerodynamic wizardry. Its single-piece "cofango" (a Lamborghini portmanteau of "cofano" and "parafango," meaning hood and fender) is adorned with air ducts that devour the atmosphere. The massive rear wing is adjustable, allowing you to dial in the perfect balance of downforce for any track. And let's not forget the shark fin - a feature straight from motorsports that stabilizes the car during high-speed cornering.

Inside, it's all business. Lightweight bucket seats hold you in place as you wrestle with g-forces that threaten to rearrange your internal organs. The steering wheel, stripped of any unnecessary frills, connects you directly to the STO's racing soul. This isn't just driving; it's piloting a land-bound fighter jet.

The Lamborghini Huracán STO isn't just a car; it's an experience, a thrill ride, a masterclass in automotive engineering pushed to its limits. It's the closest you can get to strapping a race car number to your daily driver. For those who dare to tame it, the STO promises a driving experience that's not just unforgettable - it's practically transcendent.

This isn't just a Lamborghini; it's the Lamborghini for those who live life at full throttle.

AUDI R8 GT

Prepare to witness the final, glorious roar of a dying breed: the 2023 Audi R8 GT. This isn't just a car; it's Audi's passionate farewell letter to the combustion era, penned in high-octane ink and sealed with a thunderous V10 crescendo.

Limited to a mere 333 units worldwide, only 15 of which were rumored to be RHD, the R8 GT is rarity incarnate. It's the last dance for Audi's legendary naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10, an engine that has serenaded automotive enthusiasts for nearly two decades. But Audi didn't just give it a gold watch and send it off quietly. No, they've unleashed its full fury: 602 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque, making this the most powerful rear-wheel-drive production car in Audi's storied history.

This swan song sprints from 0 to 62 mph in a blistering 3.4 seconds, with a top speed that flirts with the 200 mph mark. But the R8 GT isn't just about straight-line velocity; it's a precision instrument honed for those who cherish the lost art of driver engagement. Rear-wheel drive means you're in control, dancing on the throttle to coax the tail out or reining it in with the new 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox that shifts faster than a lightning strike.

Visually, the R8 GT is a menacing masterpiece. The carbon fiber aero kit, with its aggressive front splitter and that massive rear wing, isn't just for show. It pins the car to the tarmac, giving you the confidence to attack corners with supernatural grip. Exclusive "Matte Carbon Aerokit" elements and black badging signal to the cognoscenti that this isn't just any R8 - it's the ultimate expression of quattro GmbH's expertise.

The 2023 Audi R8 GT isn't just a supercar; it's a time machine that transports you back to an era when driving was raw, visceral, and intoxicating. It's a high-water mark, a collector's dream, and a bittersweet reminder of what we're leaving behind in the electric revolution. For the lucky few who secure one, the R8 GT won't just be the crown jewel of their collection - it'll be a piece of automotive history, a final, unforgettable encore from one of the all-time greats.
